Well with XLCal from LJZSoft you can!
It takes a bit of editing templates and .ini files to completely modify and customise the output, but XLCal comes with 8 pre-configured templates that should cover any situation.
After the calendar is generated it opens in MS Excel and you can edit and customise it further before printing or saving.
